Our family at Blue Water Manor Resort believes that vacations are for fun and relaxation.  Living here year-round and loving our lives here in the Bolton/Lake George area, gives us the tools to provide activities and guidance to all of our guests who stay at our home here in Beautiful Basin Bay.  Be it going for a local hike, horseback riding at our personal friends' stable, or finding that special restaurant, we pride ourselves in giving you friendly service and direction that will give you the best experience you can have in the Lake George area. We can guarantee that we provide the most on-site entertainment/activities in the area...with organized activities during the week, including things like Caribbean Night, an Outdoor Big Screen Movie, or our famous Campfire Sing-alongs! Some of our guests boast that its the most affordable vacation they have had for entertaining their families and that they don't even have to leave Blue Water Manor to do it!

Our goal is to have our guests feel like they are visiting their home away from home.  If you need something, we want you to feel comfortable asking.  Every individual is different and has different needs.  For us to feel we have met everyone's particular needs 100% is naive. The last thing in the world we want is for our guest to be unhappy with anything.   There is nothing reasonable that we can’t fix or help our guest overcome with fair notice. We just want you to feel like your at "home away from home" on vacation.
