The Blue Water Manor property itself hosts 60 recently renovated Adirondack style rooms that accept bookings from May to October. Tavern on the Lake Restaurant can be found directly on Lake George on the Blue Water Manor main property. Our Gatehouse Villa Airbnb located on property is available for year-round bookings.

Absolutely spectacular ground !!! Beautiful pool set in a lovely garden. Koi pools that are beyond tranquilizing. Incredible views of the lake and mountains. Restart is like a fort Set in large stone . The staff is top notch.

What a beautiful location. We stopped to look at the restaurant because my friend had seen it from the water on the lake and wanted to bring a party of guests there. As we walked through the hotel section of the property towards the restaurant at the lakes edge we were so impressed with the beautifully double cabins. The gorgeous gardens, water features and fountains. The Koi pond was especially beautiful. I could easily imagine a wedding, family party, or romantic getaway here. I will definitely be returning with my husband in the very near future to celebrate our next anniversary.

Everything on the menu is delicious. While enjoying your meal, you look out at captivating view. Growing up on the ocean, I thought no view could beat the sunset by the beach. Well, the view of the Adirondack Mountains and the beautiful blue color of Lake George rival that. Excellent service, and definitely indulge in the tasty desserts. I look forward to my next visit. Love this place.😊🏞🍀

AWESOME FOOD WITH A GREAT VIEW. We weren't able to make a reservation but they still were able to get us in 30 minutes, as they promised. We were able to order drinks and wait outside in a comfortable seating area. Our waitress was very nice. We ordered Sweet Potato Fries as a starter and Entrees - Short Rib Mac & Cheese & Pan Salmon. Everything was a delicious.
